Stylist Ilaria Urbinati has outdone herself. She’s not yet tweeted the particulars regarding RA’s tuxedo at the London Royal Premiere, but I’m in love. Look at the perfect cut. How the collar lies just so. The gorgeous bow tie sits perfectly at his throat. The crisp while pleated shirt. Just… perfection.

He looks amazing! I also noticed his non-relaxed hands…I wondered if maybe he doesn’t know what to do with them when just standing for pics.
It might have been the cold, but I’ve noticed his hands like that in indoor shots. I imagine it’s a combination of being uncomfortable and not knowing what to do with his hands when not in his pockets.
He does the tux proud! But as much as I admire your Francois- I’ll take the bloke even nekked! 😉
Argh. It’s really quite cold in London tonight. Maybe he’s thinking – “Dang it, I need gloves?” (notice bundled up crowd behind him) I’d be flexing my hands just to keep the blood circulating to ward off the onset of cold numbness!

Yeah – honestly, the body really doesn’t need to think – it simply (re-)flexes in response to cold, in an attempt to preserve the heat and circulation one has left in one’s hands. 🙂

“Fabulous”! That’s the perfect word to describe both the truly beautiful tux as well as the person wearing it. 😉 What a stunner!! He certainly looks like a film star to me in this outfit even though he says he isn’t one! I also happen to love his shoes – having had a “thing” for shoes most of my life! There is no doubt his hands were really, really cold but I’m sure Servetus enjoyed seeing the thumbs in the top two pics!
