Hope Nat sees the Old Spice one!Trouble with funny commericals is that I find them so funny, the actual product escapes me!
I know! But it seems the best ones are where the product name gets forgot. That’s not good from the manufacturers’ point of view, but as a bombarded consumer, that’s fine with me.
TV had a run of Best European commercials a number of years ago. They were hysterical (sometimes not entirely universally PC), but do you think I could recall which ad was for a Ferrari or an Alfa )? Also, the translated sub-titles were often equally funny. So was the occasional dubbing….
I love those specials. I find European commercials much more frank and less puritanical. Also, they are more original. I’m really tired of our testimonial ones.
Yeah, sometimes you love some commercials but totally forget the brand. There are some that I like and remember both the commercial and the brand but not really buy that product, LOL!OML 🙂
That’s why I like the ones where I can’t remember the product, so I won’t be tempted to buy it. 😉
